Download the purchase form and fill it out.

Fill out the entire purchase form - making sure to fill in the correct name of the painting(s) you wish to purchase and proper painting number(s). Then mail the signed form and full asking price for the artwork to the below address:

When I receive the completed form and payment I will roll the painting(s) up and ship them to the address you listed on the purchase form. Shipping costs are included in the price of the paintings. Artwork will not be framed or matted, recipient is responsible for presentation (artwork is painted on 140lb high quality watercolor paper).
